Ozzy, the co-owner and head chef of Pasha, is the driving force behind the restaurant’s authentic menu. Born in Izmir, Turkey, Ozzy’s passion for food began at an early age. His dedication to preserving traditional Turkish flavours has shaped Pasha’s identity as one of Milton Keynes’ most respected Turkish restaurants. With over seven years of success, Ozzy’s commitment to using only the finest ingredients ensures that every dish reflects his heritage and love for Turkish cuisine.
